The sun is back! Horrible, horrible heat.
Alright, waking up, an hour later than usual (10:30 today) we noticed with glee that the sun was back and the clouds were gone. We decided to find a secluded beach we heard about, so through stick and stone, and some jungle, we arrived at our destination. We were actually guided by a dog. That was pretty cool.
The beach was good, but the flies really got to me. Don't know if it's because of the rain, it probably is, but the damn flies seem to have multiplied quite a few times. I guess they like gettin' it on when it rains.
Tomorrow, I promise you pictures! Yes, the day has come. We're going to leave Koh Tao tomorrow, take a boat at 4PM to the mainland. Arrive at 6PM, catch the nighttrain at 10:30PM, arrive in Bangkok at around 5:30AM, hang out in that horrible, horrible city until 14:30, get on a train and finally arrive in Chiang Mai around 05:10AM.
That's 2 nights we're going to spend on trains, one of the nights in a bunkbed, but the other just in a regular seat. No AC, no nothing. I do think we got a fan, though. Yay...
Chiang Mai seems pretty damn awesome though, so it'll be worth it.
Tomorrow, as I said, we're checking out, and as I'm unsure when I'll next get to a computer with the same quality as this one, I thought I might kill my day by uploading you some pics. Thoughtful, huh? In a few moments, we're heading out, up to High Bar to see, what we think, a beautiful sunset. Maybe have us a nice, smooth drink to go with that. Alright, I'm done typing for now. I need mosquitorepellant. The damn pests are back.
